I was able to create a website through my freelance time, and it was a great experience. The website was Utahbeekeeping.com it specializes in Beekeeping in Utah (click that link to view the website). While I didn’t know anything about beekeeping, I was able to quickly make a website that would be focused on his target market, and fulfill their needs. The basic shell and infrastructure and layout of the website was done in just over one full day of work.

Collectively between my client sites I just passed the 15,000 visitors in a month. That excludes Georgia, if you include Georgia I’m actually over 23,000 visitors in a single month.
Now before you start saying “that’s not much! Websites can get hundreds of thousands of hits in a month. Facebook gets billions!” So I’m not Facebook, and I’m targeting a very specific market – home shoppers. Also, the bounce rate is only 26.76% of people. That means that as a project manager for Boomerang Leads, there are roughly 11,100 people who visit my websites each month who are interested in real estate shopping. That’s an excellent number, which will translate into great profit for a new company. I’m really excited about this.
I’ve been looking to surpass the 15,000 visits in a single month mark for over a month now. What’s even more impressive, is that these websites were getting almost no traffic just four short months ago. Now they have become a common place for people searching for a home in places like Phoenix, Southern California, Florida, and soon Colorado. Let’s keep making the best real estate websites in America!

I decided it was time to start breaking away from my usual logo, so I made a new one. Check it out.

I’m especially proud of this one, because it’s the first logo that I’ve designed which I feel is all of these elements:
Both in the words of the logo which have some style themselves to it, and also in the shape of the logo, the full message is received. What’s even better about it is that it is memorable, and easy to use for any of the sites that support for example, go take a look at Buckeye Arizona Homes for sale and you’ll see the similar look adopted, but modified for Buckeye. Because this is a supporting site for Phoenix, ultimately it will lead into Phoenix’s IDX and you will see the Phoenix logo at the top of the page. Because the transition is smooth, potential customers won’t feel as though they have traveled to a different website, and if they do it still says “Phoenix” which when we talk about Buckeye, often times we also talk about Phoenix.
All around, this is one of my most proud graphic moments. Oh, and one last thing about it, notice how the green grows from the bottom of it. That flows perfectly into the color scheme of the page. I’m not a designer, but this certainly has those elements of design.

The growth is still to much to keep up with. Now we’re backlogging ourselves for quite a while, and that’s fantastic – I’ve got plenty of work to do around the clock. This time around we have a client in Florida, a city called Cape Coral. This is actually on the west side of Florida, facing the Gulf of Mexico. So, when a person is searching Homes For Sale in Cape Coral, then this site is going to be their premier site for finding a beautiful one!

We can’t believe the success that the websites have already been having, it’s almost to much to be able to keep up with. But that’s great news – throw at us everything that we can handle. We’ve had to purchase more and more websites just to accommodate what’s going on here. Purchasing more websites can really be a great thing though – you see the more that we are able to purchase, the more we are able to make our network more powerful, and increase the power of these websites quickly as well.
The new client will cover these geographical regions -
Fayetteville Georgia Real Estate
Fayetteville will be our “flagship” website. Other websites will refer into Fayetteville, and be able to duplicate the look of the Fayetteville website. This is both a good and a bad thing. It is good because we will be able to link to the websites seamlessly and have our customers never know the difference. This may be a bad thing because Google really likes the unique content. If it’s duplicated, it definitely isn’t unique.
Stockbridge Houses is a funny story. The domain “homes for sale” was already taken, so we found what the next best thing was, and it was houses. Believe it or not, just as many people search the term houses as they do homes. Personally I want to live in a house and not a home.
College Park – this one might be interesting. This isn’t a term which many people search, but it seems like it has a decent population. We’ll see how many leads this one generates for us.
Easy Point is very similar to College Park. There aren’t a lot of searches, but it seems like the town should have a good population size. The last two may end up being a challenge, because the home value for each is considerably lower.
